Homecare Workers Entitled to Minimum Wage and Overtime, Appeals Court Says

Today a The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rejected a challenge filed by the Home Care Association of America and others to the US Department of Labor regulation that homecare workers are entitled to the protections of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
